Job summary

Graywolf Integrated Construction Company seeks a Site Safety Supervisor/Manager to lead on-site HSE efforts, build a safe culture, and reduce injuries on industrial construction projects in Sealy, TX.

The role reports to the Corporate Safety Manager, collaborates with field leaders, writes and implements site safety plans, conducts training, investigations, and manages incident reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and project safety performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction safety program management.
• CHST preferred or ability to obtain within one year.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• OSHA 30 or higher.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in field and office.
• Knowledge of 1904 OSHA Recordkeeping standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety department in field operations and support corporate safety goals.
• Develop, write and implement jobsite safety plans and JSA reviews.
• Coordinate safety training, investigations and incident reporting.
• Maintain safety communications with site production and client teams.
• Administer drug and alcohol policy and manage on-site safety compliance.
• Track leading indicators and participate in weekly safety meetings.
