Graywolf Integrated Construction Company is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor/Manager in Catawba, SC to lead the on-site safety program, reduce injuries, and foster a safe culture on heavy industrial and commercial projects.

The role requires coordinating training, writing safety plans, conducting investigations, and partnering with site management to meet OSHA/MSHA requirements. This full-time position emphasizes field leadership and program accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety program management experience.
• CHST preferred (or ability to obtain within one year).
• BA/BS preferred.
• OSHA 30 or higher.
• Able to work in office and field; comfortable public speaking.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA 1904 Recordkeeping.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site safety management, creating a productive safety culture.
• Write, organize, and implement jobsite safety plans.
• Review JSAs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate safety training and incident investigations.
• Maintain safety metrics and report to project leadership.
• Administer drug and alcohol policy on site and injury management.
