Job summary

ArborWorks, LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Specialist – Utility Vegetation Management to advance field safety, workforce readiness, and regulatory compliance across our Arizona operations. The role partners with Operations to evaluate performance and support workforce development in high‑risk environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or technical coursework in Arboriculture, Forestry, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety observations and hazard assessments.
• Identify and mitigate risks around energized electrical systems.
• Lead tailboard and job briefings to reinforce safety.
• Ensure OSHA and ANSI standards compliance during operations.
• Promote proactive safety culture through field engagement.
