ArborWorks is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety in Utility Vegetation Management. You will evaluate field performance, coach crews, and ensure OSHA/ANSI compliance across multi-state operations.

This role requires hands-on field leadership, strong communication, and a focus on safe work near energized lines. The position is full-time, based in Denver, CO, with extensive field travel to support crew readiness and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of utility vegetation management experience.
• At least 1 year as a QLCTT or equivalent.
• Strong coaching, field training, and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and safety-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with mobile tech and digital reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct field safety observations and hazard assessments in UVG.
• Assess employee readiness and classify into roles based on skills.
• Deliver hands-on coaching for safe work practices and tasks.
• Assist incident investigations and document findings per regs.
• Provide field support to onboarding and workforce integration.
