Job summary

ArborWorks LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Specialist to lead field safety and regulatory compliance across our Utility Vegetation Management operations. You will evaluate employee readiness, coach crews, and ensure OSHA/ANSI standards are applied, with a focus on safe work around energized electrical systems and multi-crew collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or technical coursework preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of utility vegetation management experience.
• 1 year as a QLCTT or equivalent recommended.
• Experience leading field teams and evaluating employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field safety observations and hazard assessments.
• Identify and mitigate risks around energized electrical systems.
• Lead tailboard and job briefings to reinforce safe practices.
• Ensure OSHA/ANSI and client safety standards during operations.
• Provide coaching and field-based training to crews.
• Assist in incident investigations and reporting.
• Support onboarding and workforce development across crews.
