Mooring Recovery Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Safety Technician to act as the operational anchor of our safety program, partnering with the Safety Director to strengthen workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

Based in our Dallas/Fort Worth corporate office, you will coordinate safety initiatives across field and office operations and drive continuous improvement in safety programs. The ideal candidate will be a proactive safety advocate with strong communication skills, willing to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in safety/construct-related field.
• Ability to travel out of town for extended durations.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site risk assessments and provide real-time guidance to site supervisors.
• Enforce and enhance company safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Coordinate and lead engaging safety training sessions that keep employees informed and motivated.
• Identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and industry best practices.
• Assist in investigations of workplace incidents, documenting findings and preventing future occurrences.
• Work closely with employees at all levels to foster a culture where safety comes first.
