Quanta Services, Inc. in Beaumont, TX is seeking a proactive Field Safety Representative to join our growing team.

Based in Beaumont with travel on a 40-hour rotation or as projects require, you will conduct safety analyses, audits, and on-site training to ensure strict safety standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, OSHA 30, COSS/CUSP or equivalent certs, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 and COSS, CUSP, or other safety certification.
• OSHA ET&D 20 certification.
• Powersafe certification.
• Grounding and bonding knowledge.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications preferred.
• Strong reading and report writing skills.
• Effective communication for group presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Job Safety Analysis as required.
• Perform job audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage inventory of safety equipment on-site.
• Inspect rigging, SRLs, harnesses, and other safety equipment.
• Provide hands-on training at job sites.
• Lead or assist with annual safety training on various topics.
• Facilitate crew safety meetings.
• Maintain required job site records, safety data, and equipment inventory.
• Demonstrate fluency in electrical theory and Relay and Substation operations.
