R.R. Cassidy, a Quanta Services, Inc. company, is expanding and seeking a proactive Field Safety Representative. The role is full-time and based in Beaumont, Texas, with travel on a 40-hour rotation or as needed by projects. The position emphasizes safety leadership and hands-on field coverage.

The ideal candidate has two years of field safety experience, OSHA 30 and additional safety certifications, and the ability to manage safety programs on-site across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of field safety experience.
• OSHA 30 and COSS, CUSP, or other safety certification; CUSP preferred.
• Strong reading and report writing skills.
• OSHA ET&D 20 certification and Powersafe certification.
• Knowledge of grounding and bonding principles.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications preferred.
• Effective communication for group presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Job Safety Analysis as required
• Perform job audits to ensure safety standards
• Manage inventory of safety equipment on-site
• Inspect rigging, SRLs, harnesses, and other safety equipment
• Provide hands-on training at job sites
• Lead or assist with annual safety training on various topics
• Facilitate crew safety meetings
• Maintain required job site records, safety data, and equipment inventory
• Demonstrate fluency in electrical theory and Relay and Substation operations
