Job summary

CORE Safety Group is seeking a Safety Advisor for a 3-month project in Beaumont, TX to provide oversight of a construction site and ensure compliance with federal, state, local and owner safety requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a solid background in construction safety including OSHA 30, FA/CPR/AED and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• FA/CPR/AED certification.
• Able to pass a background check/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of a construction project safety on-site.
• Identify safety issues and remedy as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and owner safety requirements.
• Communicate safety concerns effectively with project team.
