Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Provide direction to jobsite supervisors on safe work practices.
• Investigate, report and follow up on all injuries and accidents.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and document activities.
• Maintain OSHA logs and safety training records for districts.
• Conduct driver safety training and record keeping as needed.
• Ensure PPE and safety equipment supplies are adequate and compliant.
• Coordinate audits and prepare reports to ensure compliance with applicable safety policies.
