Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction safety experience on utility/oil & gas projects or heavy industrial settings.
• Experience with natural gas facilities, pipelines, or compressor stations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and live gas environments.
• Excellent field presence and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist field management with safety and training program implementation.
• Provide daily safety leadership on an active compressor station site.
• Lead JHAs, tailboards, and pre-task planning.
• Perform site audits, inspections, and hazard identification.
• Enforce OSHA standards and company policies; support investigations.
