Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Construction Safety Experience.
• 4-year Degree or demonstrated progressive work experience.
• Pharma industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience or familiarity with Qualification and Commissioning desired.
• OSHA 510 required; OSHA 500 strongly recommended.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with owner’s site leadership and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement client safety programs in alignment with owner requirements and regulations.
• Provide owner safety oversight of contractors and project teams.
• Coach leadership and craft personnel to strengthen hazard recognition and field risk management.
• Review JSAs, SPAs, permits, and high-risk work plans.
• Conduct regular field inspections and coordinate safety walks.
• Support incident investigations and CAPA development.
• Monitor safety observations, incidents, and KPIs.
• Participate in Tier meetings, safety reviews, and audits.
• Assist with Management of Change and turnover activities.
• Escalate hazards and stop work for imminent risk.
