Job summary

Knobelsdorff is seeking a Safety Coordinator to promote and enforce site safety across KE job sites nationwide. You will ensure OSHA compliance and uphold KE safety policies while mentoring field teams and supporting pre‑construction planning.

The role requires strong communication, inspections, and the ability to travel extensively. A High School diploma, OSHA 30, and related certifications are preferred, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid/CPR/AED and Fall Protection certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in electrical or solar construction preferred.
• Willingness to travel 100% and work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote, monitor, and enforce site‑level safety practices across KE job sites nationwide.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and KE safety policies.
• Audit safety documentation and conduct site safety audits and investigations.
• Provide safety education and training to field personnel as needed.
• Attend Tailgate meetings and support pre‑construction safety planning.
• Collaborate with project teams to drive a proactive safety culture.
