Gray Construction is seeking a Site Safety Engineer to join the Field Operations Team for field/project work. The role focuses on enforcing safety rules, maintaining records, and conducting daily safety briefings on site.

Ideal candidates will have a related degree or 5+ years of experience, OSHA 30 Hour certification, and strong communication skills to support safety across projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of related experience.
• OSHA 30 Hour card.

Responsabilités

• Enforce safety equipment and company safety regulations on site.
• Ensure project site compliance with safety requirements.
• Maintain safety records and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents and complete required reports.
• Assist Site Manager with safety counseling for non-compliant personnel.
• Lead site orientations and jobsite safety training.
• Communicate and enforce Gray’s safety program on site.
