Job summary

Clark Pacific in West Sacramento, CA, seeks a Field Safety Engineer – Construction Safety Professional to implement EHS policies across our projects. Working with the EHS-Manager, project teams, field staff and subcontractors, you will identify hazards, minimize risk, and promote safe behaviors on site.

This on-site, full-time role requires 5+ years of safety and compliance in construction or manufacturing, OSHA 30, CHST, and a CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety and compliance experience in commercial construction or manufacturing environment.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• CA state driver’s license required.
• CHST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies across construction projects.
• Lead site safety plans and training programs.
• Conduct safety observations and analyze hazards on jobsites.
• Coordinate with management, subcontractors, and inspectors to promote safety.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety KPIs and report metrics to leadership.
