Job summary

Phillips, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Safety Manager to lead training, compliance and EH&S support across our operating companies.

Based out of Knoxville, TN, this role requires extensive travel and collaboration with safety leads, project teams and senior leadership to implement the EH&S Program Manual and meet regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include field assessments, reporting, incident investigations, and policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or similar field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of safety experience in the construction industry.
• BCSP certifications (CHST, ASP, CSP) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field assessments and audits to ensure compliance with the Corporate EH&S Program Manual and regulations.
• Generate reports documenting audit findings and oversee corrective actions.
• Provide recommendations to improve the EH&S program and assist in policy development.
• Participate in incident investigations and review root causes for program improvements.
• Coordinate safety coverage and training for projects and clients as needed.
