Job summary

Integrated Scaffolding Concepts, established in 2015, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead onboarding, training, and development of the Safety Team to ensure field readiness and OSHA compliance across projects. You will partner with field teams, project managers, and leadership to uphold safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Certification required; CSP/CHST preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and other safety regulations.
• Proven experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects in dynamic environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, training, and performance oversight for Safety Team members.
• Conduct regular job site audits and safety inspections.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Enforce PPE compliance and maintain safety records and logs.
• Align safety programs with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Provide on-site safety instruction and certifications for operators.
