Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to support construction projects, keeping job sites safe, compliant, and productive. You’ll conduct inspections, lead training, and coordinate corrective actions with field teams and contractors.

Responsibilities include investigating incidents, maintaining records, and supporting OSHA inspections. Must have 3+ years of construction safety experience and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.

We’re looking for an experienced Safety Coordinator to support construction projects and keep job sites safe, compliant, and running smoothly. This role combines field safety, employee training, inspections, incident investigations, and OSHA compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and audits
• Identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions
• Lead new-hire orientations and OSHA 10/30 training
• Support confined-space entry activities
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and vehicle accidents
• Maintain safety records and reports
• Support OSHA inspections
• Partner with field teams, contractors, customers, and site leadership

What You Need

• 3+ years of construction safety experience
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926
• Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory

Preferred

• Telecommunications, electrical, data center, or mission-critical construction experience
• EMT or Paramedic credentials
• CHST, CSP, ASP, OHST, or other BCSP certification
• Experience supporting OSHA inspections

$40/hr to $50/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
