Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an entry-level HSE Coordinator to provide safety oversight on active construction sites. This field-based role focuses on inspections, hazard identification, incident support, and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities include supporting investigations, planning safety meetings, and assisting with reporting. The position requires spending up to 80% of time on site and strong proficiency with MS Office and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent walk-through inspections of construction areas and interact with crews.
• Identify, document, and help resolve hazardous conditions; assist corrective actions.
• Participate in pre-task planning and safety meetings.
• Assist with investigating personal injury and property damage accidents.
• Compile data and reports per program procedures and regulations.
