Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an entry-level HSE Specialist I to support health, safety, and environmental programs on construction sites. The role focuses on inspections, hazard identification, and incident investigations to promote a safe work environment.

You will collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory bodies, and medical facilities to implement safety plans, trainings, and audits. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, STS-C certifications preferred.
• Ability to spend 80% of time on active construction sites.
• Strong communication and organization skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain relationships.
• Support and promote the safety program and incident prevention initiatives to reduce risk behaviors.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Contributes to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Help prepare and deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
• Contribute to development and review of job hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
