Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator in Missouri City, TX. The role conducts job-site safety inspections for Millis companies, supports training efforts, manages documentation, and helps enforce OSHA and company safety standards.

This field-focused position reports to the Director of Safety and works with superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams; travel 1-2 times per month. OSHA 30 certification preferred or obtainable, bilingual English/Spanish required.

Formación

• 1-5 years of construction safety experience (commercial construction preferred, not required)
• OSHA 30 certification required or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to work independently and travel to multiple job sites

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine job-site safety inspections and audits
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1926, state, and company safety requirements
• Maintain accurate safety logs, inspection reports, and incident documentation
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance and PPE compliance
• Support development of site-specific safety plans, JHAs, and safety procedures as needed
• Will be taking train the trainer courses to assist in safety training
