Knobelsdorff Electric Inc. is seeking a Field Safety Coordinator in Mankato, MN to promote and enforce safety practices across project sites nationwide. You will ensure OSHA compliance, mentor field teams, and lead incident investigations to strengthen KE’s safety culture.

The role requires 3+ years in safety coordination, OSHA 30, and willingness to travel; KE offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay range.

• 3+ years of experience in construction, industrial, electrical, or field safety coordination.
• OSHA 30 Certification required; OSHA 500/510 preferred.

You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, KE safety policies, and project-specific safety requirements that directly impact project success and employee wellbeing. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:* Working alongside, advising, and mentoring project teams on KE safety policies and procedures* Providing safety education and training to field personnel as needed* Overseeing and auditing project-level safety documentation to ensure compliance with KE standards* Conducting site safety audits and inspections* Leading incident investigations and supporting corrective action implementation* Monitoring and enforcing employee adherence to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies* Assisting project leadership in identifying and mitigating workplace hazards* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen KE's safety culture## Qualifications**What You Bring**You're someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
