Sure Power, Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator to enforce safety programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The role supports risk assessment, accident prevention, and a safe workplace while serving as the liaison between employees and management on safety issues.

The coordinator will conduct safety training, lead drills, review programs, and maintain documentation across on-site and office environments, traveling up to 50% to job sites.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required; higher degree in OH&S preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in EHS with electrical background; OSHA 30 and CPR required.
• Safety knowledge: regulations, risk assessment, training, incident investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Visit job sites and conduct safety audits; travel up to 50%.
• Stop operations that pose risk to staff or equipment.
• Investigate incidents with EHS Manager to identify root causes.
• Coordinate safety drills and emergency plans.
• Suggest improvements to safety programs and policies.
• Develop and maintain safety documentation and reports.
• Provide on-site and in-office safety training.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws.
• Promote a safety culture and serve as safety contact for the organization.
