Qualifications

• Associates degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Health and Safety, Industrial Technology, Emergency Management, or related field.
• OSHA general industry safety knowledge is required.
• Strong communication across all levels is essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture with regular field presence and coaching.
• Conduct facility, warehouse, production, and fleet safety audits.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to employees and supervisors.
• Assist with OSHA and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor safety program implementation and effectiveness.
• Identify recurring safety issues and elevate to Safety & Risk manager.
• Travel to support multiple locations as needed.
