Job summary

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a dedicated Corporate Safety Support professional to help drive safety programs across the United States. You will partner with corporate safety leadership, project managers, site supervision, and craft personnel to ensure safe practices on gas-fired, renewable, battery storage, and related energy projects.

The ideal candidate enjoys field work, supports compliance efforts, and travels to active sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of safety experience in power generation, industrial construction, energy, utility, petrochemical, manufacturing, or heavy construction environments.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with craft employees, supervisors, and executive leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide environmental, health, and safety initiatives across projects.
• Conduct routine field audits, safety observations, inspections, and compliance reviews at active sites.
• Assist leadership with hazard analyses, risk mitigation, and corrective actions.
• Promote compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions tracking.
• Support safety compliance of contractors and subcontractors.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, safety training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement.
• Track safety metrics, training records, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency response preparedness and site readiness.
• Collaborate with project teams during outages, major installations, and critical lifts.
• Prepare reports and communicate safety trends to management.
• Travel extensively to support field operations.
