BELFOR Holdings is seeking a Field Safety Coordinator in Colorado to safeguard employees, subcontractors, and operations under BELFOR control. The role emphasizes proactive hazard identification and driving a culture of safety on site.

Responsibilities include conducting hazard walkthroughs, ensuring regulatory compliance at job sites, leading toolbox talks, and maintaining safety documentation. A HS diploma, OSHA 30, and valid license are required, with preference for restoration/insurance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driverlicense required.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Construction, property restoration or insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety of the office and employees.
• Conduct daily/weekly hazard walkthroughs to prevent incidents.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/state/local safety regulations at job sites.
• Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings for staff.
• Oversee PPE inventories and safety documentation.
• Support EPA RRP program documentation and compliance.
• Assist in MSHA inspections and audits.
