Job Description Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party RV, Heavy Equipment, trailers, and Motorcycle material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. This role is utilized as a peer mentor having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise. We are seeking an RV Adjuster to support field operations across the Raleigh, Burlington, and Greensboro, NC areas. In this role, you will assess and estimate damages on RVs, motorcycles, trailers, and commercial equipment, helping ensure accurate and timely claim resolution. As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team. Compensation

• Field Adjuster Cons I: $26.49-$40.99/hour
• Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03-$43.70/hour
• Field Adjuster Sr Cons I: $35.82-$50.24/hour

And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
