Job summary

Caesarstone is seeking a Route Sales Representative to drive customer growth along an established route, service existing accounts, and upsell Quartz, Stone, and related products. You will manage a company van, maintain product knowledge, and build relationships with fabricator customers.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with capability to meet and surpass targets and goals.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
• High level of integrity and work ethic.
• Demonstrated time management skills.
• Ability to quickly pick up new product and service knowledge, and communicate that product knowledge to customers.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Drive a van/truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.
• Maintain professionalism and portray the company positively.
• Maintain knowledge of Stone Fabrication products, tools and equipment.
• Take orders and prepare products for purchase.
• Build awareness of new products/services and monitor competitor activity.
• Develop and build relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Handle customer complaints and provide ongoing support.
• Respond to customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Consult with customers after sale to resolve problems.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
