Job summary

Blue Ridge Executive Search is sourcing a Sales/Estimator to join an established roofing team in the Granby area. The role involves handling leads, meeting with prospective clients, inspecting roofs, and preparing bids for reroof projects.

Travel to client sites and coordination with HOA/Management companies are expected to secure additional opportunities. The ideal candidate has roofing experience and strong communication skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years roofing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing methods, materials, and systems preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel; experience with Adobe, BlueBeam, Roof CAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow up on leads; organize meetings with owners, HOAs, and management companies.
• Perform onsite roof inspections and communicate findings to clients.
• Read and interpret technical drawings; prepare and present bid documents.
• Travel to Granby and surrounding counties; coordinate with project managers.
