Job summary

Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for the safe repair, and planned and preventative maintenance of rock crusher machines and other fixed plant equipment at operating sites in the United States.

The role requires reading blueprints and working with minimal supervision while following safety rules and priority housekeeping. Minimum two years’ related repair experience or one year with an associate degree in a related maintenance field is needed, along

Minimum two years of related repair experience or one year with related associates degree.
Ability to read and work from blueprints with minimal supervision.
Analytical skills to troubleshoot equipment faults and apply appropriate fixes.

Responsibilities

Repair and perform preventive maintenance on rock crusher machines and fixed plant equipment.
Follow safety rules and complete risk assessments and hazard controls.
Read blueprints and work with minimal supervision.
Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas.
Operate and maintain maintenance tools properly.
Troubleshoot equipment to determine faults and take corrective actions.
Collaborate with team and follow directions effectively.
Follow union and collective bargaining rules as required.
Support broader team operations as needed.
