Job summary

Charge Robotics is hiring a Robotics Factory Operator for full-time field work across the United States. You will operate, troubleshoot, and improve our robotic solar installation system on utility-scale projects.

Responsibilities include running the factory software, fixing electromechanical issues, and guiding field teams to load materials efficiently. A technical degree and comfort with field conditions are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree required or related field.
• Familiar with programming, networking, and command line workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical issues in field environments.
• Comfort with mechanical troubleshooting of automation hardware.
• Safety-conscious with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate software for robotic factory and delivery fleet on solar sites across the US.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document electromechanical issues in field operation.
• Assign tasks to field team to ensure proper materials loading.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve factory UX and efficiency.
