Job summary

Yaskawa Motoman is seeking a Field Service Engineer to integrate robotic systems, perform run-offs, installation and start-up at both Yaskawa Motoman and customer sites. The role includes QC tasks, field service, and collaboration with engineering to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include system programming, project planning, and providing training and documentation per ISO standards. Significant travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Four years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manufacturing to build and integrate robotic systems and provide feedback to Engineering.
• Perform system runoffs to meet contractual requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Provide programming assistance in-house and in the field.
• Travel approximately 50% with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Support robot engineers and lead technicians as assigned.
• Perform field service on Yaskawa Motoman products, including on-site troubleshooting and repair.
