Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and operate robotic systems in the field and support data collection.
• Supervise remote operations and assist during client demos.
• Translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
• Document issues, test results, and client feedback in detail.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance.
