Job summary

Exotec is seeking a Field Commissioning Engineer to bring robotic and automation systems to life at customer warehouse sites. This travel-intensive role involves hands-on integration, testing, and on-site client collaboration to ensure successful system launches and ongoing reliability.

You will work with robotic hardware, software, and third‑party equipment, contributing to test plans, troubleshooting, and documentation while coordinating with the Atlanta team and clients across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechatronics, robotics, mechanical, or electrical).
• Experience with commissioning robotic systems or industrial automation is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and on-site client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of Exotec products with third-party systems at customer warehouses.
• Participate in the commissioning process to ensure system function and reliability.
• Plan and execute system validation tests and refine test plans.
• Maintain system performance and reliability across deployment phases.
• Coordinate software configurations on deployed systems and document progress.
