Job summary

Ahhmgt is seeking an experienced RN to manage patient care, schedule, and coordinate with the health care team. The role involves monitoring patient conditions, maintaining records, and guiding home healthcare plans in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include directing nursing staff, coordinating infection control, and educating patients and families on health topics and prevention strategies. Current LSBN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• RN license with no restrictions, minimum one year of clinical RN experience or waiver for LPN with RN background.
• Current CPR certification and ability to work in patient homes and occasional office tasks.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care and scheduling and coordinate with medical team.
• Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient condition.
• Direct and supervise nursing staff and coordinate infection control programs.
• Educate patients and families on health education, disease prevention, and health improvement.
