ComForCare in Moore, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse who wants to use clinical knowledge without direct patient care. You will complete in-home visits, talk with clients and families, review health history, and develop practical care plans for non-medical in-home caregivers.

The role focuses on assessment, communication, and care planning rather than bedside procedures, with travel to clients’ homes and collaboration with the office team to support care delivery.

This position is for a Registered Nurse who wants to continue using their clinical knowledge without providing direct or physical patient care.

The RN in this role completes in-home visits by talking with clients and families, review health history, and develop clear, practical care plans for non-medical in-home caregivers to follow. The work is focused on assessment, communication, and care planning—not clinical tasks.

What you will be doing

• Travel to clients’ homes to complete scheduled, non-clinical nursing assessments
