This position is for a Registered Nurse who wants to continue using their clinical knowledge without providing direct or physical patient care. The RN in this role completes in-home visits by talking with clients and families, review health history, and develop clear, practical care plans for non-medical in-home caregivers to follow. The work is focused on assessment, communication, and care planning—not clinical tasks.

What you will be doing

• Travel to clients’ homes to complete scheduled, non-clinical nursing assessments
