Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Registered Certified Rehab Supplier with the State of Georgia.
• Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation case management experience.
• Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
• Professional liability/malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation for local field travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical case management for Workers’ Compensation cases.
• Coordinate care with physicians, healthcare providers, employers, adjusters, attorneys, and insurance carriers.
• Evaluate treatment plans for medical necessity, appropriateness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Attend medical appointments and communicate updates to all involved parties.
• Facilitate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) and job site assessments as needed.
• Monitor injured worker progress and assist with return-to-work planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and reports.
