Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager in the Savannah, GA area for a 1099 Independent Contractor role. You will manage Workers’ Compensation caseloads in the field, coordinating care with physicians, employers, and insurers.

Flexible scheduling and independence are emphasized, with opportunities to build a referral network within a national organization.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• Registered Certified Rehab Supplier in GA.
• Minimum 3 years Workers’ Compensation case management experience.
• Strong clinical documentation and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation for local field travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical case management for Workers’ Compensation cases.
• Coordinate care with physicians, employers, adjusters, attorneys and insurers.
• Evaluate treatment plans for medical necessity and cost-effectiveness.
• Attend medical appointments and communicate updates to involved parties.
• Facilitate IMEs and job site assessments as needed.
• Monitor progress and assist with return-to-work planning.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and reports.
