Work Hours and Location

• 8am– 5pm
• Remote with some travel to patient homes for assessments
• Residency in Franklin, Union, Delaware, Pickaway, or Madison Counties required

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay: $40.86, paid weekly
• Benefits available after 90 days for full-time employees
• 401(k) with company match for full-time employees

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, facilitate, and advocate for patient care options to meet health needs and benefit plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments using clinical tools and data review
• Interpret applicable criteria, policies, and standards to ensure proper benefits administration
• Follow regulatory and company guidelines in case and quality management processes

Requirements

• RN License in Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of case management experience
