Field RN Case Manager Hours

• 8am– 5pm
• Remote with some travel to patient homes for assessments
• Candidates must reside in Franklin, Union, Delaware, Pickaway, or Madison counties to qualify

Compensation

• $40.86/hour, paid weekly
• Benefits available after 90 days for full-time employees
• 401(k) with company match for full-time employees

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and determine case resolution approaches
• Apply applicable criteria, policies, and standards to ensure proper benefits administration
