Work Hours and Location

• 8am– 5pm
• Remote with some travel to patient homes for assessments
• Residency required in Franklin, Union, Delaware, Pickaway, or Madison counties

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay: $40.86, paid weekly
• Benefits available after 90 days
• 401(k) with company match for full-time employees

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, facilitate, and advocate for patient needs to meet benefit and health requirements
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and determine case resolution strategies
• Apply applicable criteria, guidelines, policies, and standards to ensure proper benefits administration
• Follow regulatory and company policies in case and quality management processes
