DataScan, headquartered for field-based risk management, seeks Field Risk Specialists to perform floorplan inventory audits across automotive and related dealerships within a designated territory. Responsibilities

• Verify in-stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers for each floorplanned unit, often outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Meet with authorized dealership personnel to research and determine the status of missing inventory units.
• Review and validate dealer records and supporting documentation related to sold, missing, damaged inventory and off-site collateral.
• Verify the status and accuracy of MSOs and vehicle titles.
• Accurately record inventory status and audit findings using a mobile device audit application.
• Document dealership visit details and audit observations.
• Review audit results with dealership personnel in a clear and professional manner.
• Communicate audit results, dealer conditions, and potential risk exposure to client representatives.
