Job summary

DataScan by Solifi is seeking a Field Risk Specialist to support our North American unit by auditing floorplan inventory at automotive and equipment dealerships across the Oklahoma City area. You will verify inventory, review dealer records, and document findings using our mobile audit app.

The role requires travel within the territory, strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to work independently in varied conditions; a valid driver's license and safe driving record are

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed (5–7 nights per month).
• Ability to perform physical tasks (clearing snow/ice, lifting/moving inventory).

Responsibilities

• Verify in-stock inventory by inspecting VIN/serial numbers, often outdoors.
• Meet with dealership personnel to determine missing inventory status.
• Review and validate dealer records and documentation for sold/missing/damaged inventory.
• Verify MSOs and vehicle titles for accuracy.
• Record inventory status and audit findings via mobile app.
• Document dealership visit details and observations.
• Present audit results clearly to dealership personnel.
• Communicate audit results and potential risk to client representatives.
