Job summary

The role requires 5–7 years in drilling operations and supervisory experience, with bilingual communication skills preferred

Qualifications

• 5-7 years progressive experience in drilling operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual language skills preferred (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational functions of all rigs in the unit.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance; review safety audits.
• Manage staff training and certifications; conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Monitor performance and cost controls; approve capital expenditures.
• Liaise with client and JV partners; maintain good client relations.
