Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Specialist to service Woodman's in the Appleton, WI area. You will sell products, build relationships with store management, and manage distribution while reporting activities in our system.

This role requires independent work, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Expect 37.5 hours weekly, travel across the territory, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical activities: standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel 600–800 miles per month.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands, calling on Woodman's.
• Function as the primary liaison between store leadership and manufacturer partners to maximize shelf space, promotional execution, and distribution.
• Pitch new products and secure incremental placement while meeting sales objectives.
• Utilize mobile tech to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks.
• Travel between store locations within the designated territory.
