Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a merchandiser to handle project-based work, ensuring displays are visually appealing and aligned with planograms to attract shoppers and support store managers.

Responsibilities include planogram implementations, resets, stocking shelves, audits, reporting hours via mobile portal, maintaining retailer certifications, and traveling up to 60 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have own reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area.
• Excellent communication with customers, team members, and Channel Partners management.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read diagrams or instructions and use basic hand tools.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising activities including planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product rotation and audits.
• Ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
• Report daily hours worked via an online portal via smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Maintain retailer-specific online certifications as required.
• Photograph completed assignments and report to District Manager.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime retail hours.
• Adapt to changing work schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
