2020 Companies is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to build relationships with merchants, educate them on client financial services, and drive program visibility across the NY market. You will travel the territory, manage 22–30 daily visits, and support business growth while maintaining in-store materials and reporting progress.

The role emphasizes independent field work, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach with a 90-day assignment expectation and a $25/hour base

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.igans required.
• Six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client to train and advocate for client products at the retailer.
• Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory.
• Maintain professional interaction with both merchants and fellow employees.
• Place and maintain point-of-purchase signage on store exteriors/interiors.
• Advise merchants by providing information on products.
• Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and merchant feedback.
• Travel to major markets and events for launches to promote products.
• Contribute to team launch-related activities as needed.
• Communicate all activity to Retail Operations and ensure timely feedback reporting.
