Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist to build merchant relationships and drive program visibility across your territory in New York.

This on-the-road role requires a personal vehicle and will travel to 22–30 locations daily, with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay of $25 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus. The assignment lasts about 90 days.

Weekly pay, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and company-provided devices support you on the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client to train and advocate for client products at the retailer.
• Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory.
• Maintain professional interaction with both merchants and fellow employees.
• Place and maintain point-of-purchase signage on store exterior and/or interior.
• Advise merchants by providing information on products and promotions.
• Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and merchant feedback.
• Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products.
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting in launch-related activities as needed.
• Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure feedback reporting is submitted in a timely manner.
