ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Santa Rosa, CA and surrounding areas. This role involves visiting major retailers to ensure proper display setup and maintenance, with opportunities for additional hours on larger regions or travel.

The position pays $22.00 per hour for general projects, with higher rates for specialized assignments. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, up to 20 hours weekly, no weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Versatility: handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail: follow complex instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: work independently and with a small team when needed.
• Tech-ready: internet, handheld tools, Wi‑Fi/GPS device, OS updates; laptop access is a plus.
• Travel ability: valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for store visits.
• Physical ability: stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit.
